Care & Protection Details
Care & Wear
Your memorial jewellery is handcrafted in your choice of solid sterling silver or solid 9ct gold — never silver coated, gold filled, or plated. Every piece is crafted from genuine solid metal and quality tested for strength, purity, and finish. All solid gold pieces are hallmarked for authenticity, while sterling silver pieces may be hallmarked depending on their design and size. Each features a sealed inlay that safely encases your loved one’s ashes or special inclusions. The protective finish makes every piece water-safe for everyday life — gentle handwashing, light rain, and the occasional shower won’t cause harm.

Fit & Comfort
For rings, we recommend having your finger professionally measured at a jeweller to ensure the perfect fit. A well-fitted ring not only feels comfortable for daily wear but also helps protect both the metal and the inlay from unnecessary stress or damage.

Solid Sterling Silver & 9ct Solid Gold
Each piece is crafted from high-quality, precious metal — either solid sterling silver (92.5% pure silver alloyed for strength and durability) or solid 9ct gold, hallmarked and quality assured. Both offer timeless beauty and everyday strength, designed to be cherished for life.
Like all fine jewellery, sterling silver may gently tarnish over time, while gold may show light surface wear with use. With simple care — storing in a soft pouch, avoiding harsh cleaners, and occasional gentle polishing — your piece will retain its beauty and shine for years to come. Both metals are hypoallergenic for most people, making them a safe and meaningful choice for memorial jewellery worn close to the skin.

Gemstones & Sparkle
Some designs feature crystal cubic zirconias or other gemstones, adding light and reflection to your keepsake. While these stones are durable and long-lasting, they still appreciate gentle care — avoid strong impacts, rough surfaces, or chemicals to keep their brilliance for years to come.

Cleaning & Maintenance
To keep your memorial jewellery looking its best, a gentle touch is all that’s needed. Your piece comes with a polishing cloth — this cloth is for the metal only. Do not use it on the inclusion stone or inlay, as doing so can scratch, cloud, or dull the sealed surface.
For everyday cleaning:
• Wipe the inlay gently with a soft, damp cloth only.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or ultrasonic jewellery cleaners.
• Store your piece in its pouch or box when not worn to prevent scratches.
These simple steps will help maintain both the metal and the inlay, ensuring your keepsake remains as beautiful as the love it holds.

UV & Heat
The inlay in your memorial piece is UV-stabilised to resist yellowing and fading over time. Like all fine jewellery, it’s best to avoid leaving it in direct, prolonged sunlight (such as car dashboards or windowsills) or exposing it to high heat, which can stress both the metal and the inlay.
To keep it looking its best:
• Avoid long soaks in pools, spas, or the ocean (chlorine and salt can damage metals and inlays).
• Keep away from harsh chemicals such as cleaning sprays, bleach, or hand sanitiser.
• Store in a soft pouch or box when not worn.
• Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth — no polishing agents needed on the inlay.
