Sizing & Fit
For the perfect fit, we recommend having your finger professionally measured at a jeweller. This ensures the size you choose will be comfortable for daily wear and keeps the ring secure without being too tight.

Sterling Silver
Your ring is made from high-quality sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver alloyed with a small amount of other metals for strength and durability. Cleaning & Maintenance
To keep your ring looking its best, a gentle touch is all that’s needed. Your ring comes with a silver polishing cloth—use this to lightly polish the sterling silver, restoring its natural shine. Do not use the polishing cloth on the resin inlay, as this could scratch or damage the sealed ashes.

For everyday cleaning:

Wipe the resin inlay gently with a soft, damp cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or ultrasonic jewellery cleaners.
Store your ring in its pouch or box when not worn to prevent scratches.

The resin we use is UV-stabilised to resist yellowing and fading over time. Like any jewellery, it’s best to avoid leaving your piece in direct, prolonged sunlight (car dashboards, windowsills, etc.) or exposing it to high heat, which can stress both the silver and the resin.

To keep it looking its best:

Avoid long soaks in pools, spas, or the ocean (chlorine and salt can be tough on silver and resin).
Steer clear of harsh chemicals like cleaning sprays, bleach, or hand sanitiser.
Store your ring in a soft pouch or box when not worn to prevent scratches.
Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth—no polishing agents needed on the resin.

Your ring is backed by a 12-month warranty on workmanship and materials, provided the care instructions above are followed. If your piece shows any defect related to how it was made, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Accidental drops, impacts, or misuse
Exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or prolonged sunlight beyond normal wear
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or minor resin clouding
Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than our authorised jeweller

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective piece at our discretion. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of sentimental value.

To make a warranty claim, contact me with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We reserve the right to evaluate each claim and determine the appropriate remedy. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights under consumer law, which cannot be excluded.
