How to Send Your Loved One's Inclusions
I understand how deeply personal and emotional this step can be. Sending ashes or other inclusions can feel daunting, so my goal is to make the process as clear, gentle, and stress-free as possible.
You’ll be guided every step of the way, and nothing is rushed.
Here’s how it works.
Step 1 – Beginning Your Keepsake
Once you’ve chosen your piece and placed your order, I’ll email you personally with next steps and guidance on sending your loved one’s inclusions.
This email explains exactly what to do next and how to send your inclusions safely, whether you choose to post them or arrange a local drop-off.
This ensures you’re never left guessing what to do next.
Step 2 – Preparing Your Inclusions
To keep your inclusions safe during transit, I recommend the following:
• Place ashes, hair, fabric, sand, or other keepsakes into a small sealed zip-lock bag or secure container
• Place that bag inside a second zip-lock or padded envelope for extra protection
• Clearly label the inner bag and outer package with your name and order number
For peace of mind, I strongly recommend sending your package via Registered or Tracked Post.
Step 3 – Sending by Post (Australia-wide)
Once you receive my email with the address and instructions, you can send your inclusions via Registered or Tracked Post.
As soon as your inclusions arrive safely, I’ll confirm receipt with you so you know they’re in my care.
Step 4 – Local Drop-Off (Central Coast NSW)
If you’re local and would prefer to hand over inclusions in person, a private, pre-arranged drop-off option is available in Killarney Vale, Central Coast NSW.
After placing your order, I’ll email you details on how to organise a suitable time.
After Your Keepsake Is Complete
Any unused inclusions are always returned to you with your finished piece. Nothing is ever discarded.
Your keepsake is created with care, respect, and intention, and you’ll be notified once it’s ready and on its way home to you.
