How to Send Your Loved One's Inclusions

We understand how deeply personal and emotional this step can be. Our aim is to make the process simple, safe, and comforting. Here’s everything you need to know.

Sending Inclusions via Post
If you prefer to send your inclusions — such as ashes, hair, fabric, sand, breast milk, or other precious keepsakes — directly:

• Place your inclusions in a secure, sealed ziplock bag, then place that bag inside another ziplock bag to prevent leakage or damage.
• For breast milk, please use a proper, purpose-made breast milk storage bag rather than a standard ziplock bag. This keeps it safely sealed, prevents leaks, and helps avoid any risk of mould or contamination during transit.
• Clearly label the inner bag and outer package with your name and contact details.
• Use Registered Post to ensure safe and secure delivery.
• Once your order is processed, we’ll email you our address and detailed postage instructions to make sure everything is prepared for safe arrival.

Dropping Off Inclusions In Person – Central Coast NSW
If it feels easier or more comforting to bring your inclusions in person, you’re welcome to do so at Killarney Vale, Central Coast NSW.

• Bring your inclusions in a sealed ziplock bag or small container to prevent spillage or damage.
• Clearly label your container with your name and details.
• After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with details on when and how you can drop off your inclusions.

This allows you to hand them over personally, knowing they’re in gentle, respectful hands from the very beginning.

Returning Any Unused Inclusions
Once your memorial piece is complete, any unused inclusions will be returned to you along with your finished jewellery. Nothing is ever discarded — every inclusion is handled with care, respect, and love.
