We recommend having your finger professionally measured at a jeweller. This ensures a comfortable fit for daily wear and helps protect the resin inlay from unnecessary stress.

2. Is the ring waterproof?
Yes. The resin inlay is sealed and safe for everyday water exposure, such as washing hands, rain, or the occasional shower. However, we don’t recommend long soaks in pools, spas, or the ocean, as chlorine and salt can affect the silver and resin over time.

3. Can the resin inlay get scratched or damaged?
The resin is durable but not indestructible. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and polishing the resin with the silver cloth. Gentle cleaning with a soft, damp cloth is best.

4. Will the silver tarnish?
Sterling silver can tarnish naturally over time. Light polishing with the included silver cloth will restore its shine. Avoid contact with bleach, cleaning sprays, or other harsh chemicals to minimize tarnishing.

5. Is the ring safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Sterling silver is hypoallergenic for most people, and the resin is non-toxic and safe for everyday wear.

6. How do I care for my ring?

Store it in the soft pouch or box when not worn
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or high heat
Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth (avoid the silver polishing cloth on the resin)
Avoid chemicals, including hand sanitiser, bleach, and cleaning sprays

7. What does the warranty cover?
Your ring comes with a 12-month warranty on workmanship and materials, provided the care instructions are followed. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.

8. How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. If covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the ring at no cost.

9. How is my loved one’s ashes protected?
The resin inlay completely seals the ashes, keeping them safe from moisture and everyday handling. The piece is designed to preserve the memory while being durable enough for daily wear.

10. Can I order a custom ring or design?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss customisation options. Each piece is handmade and can be tailored to your preferences, including silver finish and resin colour choices.

11. How long will it take to receive my ring?
Each ring is lovingly handmade, with the resin inlay carefully sealed to protect your loved one’s ashes. Most orders are completed and shipped sooner, but please allow up to 8 weeks to account for production and postage, especially during busy periods.
